All the work is carried out by St. Jose Industries on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.
St. Jose Industries are the sole owner of the St. Jose Industries’ logo Copyright is retained by St. Jose Industries on all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals, and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all, costs have been settled.
As the company also reserve the right to display your completed project as part of our portfolio, and to write about the project on other web sites, in magazine or ezine articles, books, written or digital publications of any design and source. Please inform us in advance of the website going live if you DO NOT want us to add your site to our portfolio of work.

Our privacy policy supplements these terms and conditions and by using our website, you will be deemed to have read and accepted our privacy policy.

Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the Thrissur jurisdiction only.
